Return Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
